Carol has worked with Nightingale house for 4 years as a senior but has been in care for 35 years so has a lot of experience and knowledge in how much care has change which benefits us greatly. Carol loves the residents and treats them as she would want to be treated and helps create a homely atmosphere. Carol has been a valued member of the team and has overcome challenges through a pandemic and supportive to structural changes to help improve the home for the residents.
