Staff are very professional and attentive. Management are very approachable and hands on, taking any queries on board and acting effectively. Mum has been very happy and content at Nightingale House for three and a half years now and we can relax knowing that she is being very well looked after. A very clean and pleasant environment for the residents and their families when they visit.
